TOLO Tell You How To Take A Roman Baths
First Step Of TOLO Steam Bath: Enter it calmly to obtain the greatest benefit:
the positive effects of its heat will be good for your
cardiovascular system.Avoid using the steam bath when your stomach is empty or too full,
and avoid heavy foods and alcoholic drinks. To prepare yourself for entering the steam
bath,take a hot shower: it will open the pores of your skin and encourage
muscular relaxation.
Second Step Of TOLO Steam Bath: Dry yourself very well to promote sweating.
Your feet must be very warm: if they're not, take a footbath. Inside the cabin,
you have to be free of all constraint:
naked or at most wrapped in comfortable sponge toweling or other
natural fiber. The ideal session lasts from a minimum of 8 minutes
to a maximum of 12-15 minutes. Relax completelyon the bench to benefit evenly
from the heat. The heat will gradually make you sweat,
your breathing will become slow and regular, and you will feel a growing
sensation of calm: go along with it and relax.
Third Step Of TOLO Steam Bath: After a steam bath, it's very pleasant and
invigorating to expose yourself to the outside temperature, or take a cool
shower or sponge bath. Your body temperature will assure youmany minutes of
pleasant, fresh wellbeing.
Fourth Step Of TOLO Steam Bath:Take a rest, enjoy this maximum relaxation,
then go back into the steam bath for a second session. After that, you'll
have to rest again and maybe take a nap. You'll wake up feeling great!
Fifth Step Of TOLO Steam Bath:The natural position to take in the steam bath
is sitting or semi-reclining. Rub yourself with a horsehair glove to remove
dead skin cells and stimulate blood circulation.
